Keel ja Kirjandus is published in print, and the entire content is also freely accessible on the journal’s website. Authors retain copyright and grant the journal right of first publication. Articles are published under the Creative Commons license, allowing the work to be copied, distributed, displayed, and performed for non-commercial purposes, provided that the author is given credit, the work is not used for commercial purposes, and the prohibition of derivative works is adhered to (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0). New issues are released online on the 15th day of each month, except for January and August – the months preceding the release of a double issue.

Subscriptions to Keel ja Kirjandus can be made via Express Post through the company’s website or by calling 6 177 717. Single issues are available in the following bookstores: Apollo (Solaris, Kristiine, and Järve stores in Tallinn, Tartu Kaubamaja store, Pärnu Kaubamajakas store) and Rahva Raamat (Viru store in Tallinn, Tasku store in Tartu, Pärnu store in Port Artur 2). The latest issue can be purchased from Lehepunkt locations or ordered for home delivery at the cover price (for more details, visit Lehepunkt’s website). Both older and newer issues can be purchased by prior arrangement from the editorial office.
